We can make loans up to $1 million each, to churches in our three-state area.
This is an exciting time in the life of our Credit Union! We have already closed three church/parsonage loans.
Churches may borrow for any of the following:
- Realestate purchase and building
- Refinancing an existing loan
- Remodeling and repair
- Purchasing equipment and furniture
You will find our interest rates very reasonable. We pass through only actual costs at your closing. We don't charge point or loan origination fees. We will amortize your loan up to 30 years, which helps keep your monthly payments manageable.
